| 目的探讨原发性高血压老年患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化与颈动脉粥样硬化(AS)、左室肥厚(LVH)的关系。方法老年高血压患者285例,行心脏彩色超声检查、CRP及Hcy的测定。根据是否伴随LVH将高血压患者分为LVH组与左室正常组;根据是否伴随颈部AS将高血压患者分为颈动脉内膜正常组和动脉硬化组,动脉硬化组分为颈动脉内膜增厚组和斑块形成组两个亚组。结果LVH组Hcy及CRP水平均高于无LVH组(P<0.05);AS组Hcy及CRP水平均高于内膜正常组(P<0.05)。Hcy及CRP水平与AS或LVH相关(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy及CRP水平与AS或LVH发病具有相关性,两者是老年高血压患者合并LVH或AS的独立预测指标。 |

| Objective To investigate the correlation among left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） or atherosclerosis（AS） and plasma homocysteine（Hcy）,C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients with essential hypertension（EH）.Methods Two dimensional echocardiography,plasma Hcy and CRP were examined in 258 patients with essential hypertension.According to whether concomitant LVH,patients were divided into two groups：LVH group and non-LVH group.According to whether concomitant AS,patients were divided into two groups：AS group（intimal thickening group plaque formation group） and non-AS group.Results The concentrations of plasma Hcy and CRP were higher in LVH group than those in non-LVH group（P0.05）.The concentrations of plasma Hcy and CRP were higher in AS group than those in non-AS group（P0.05）.Plasma Hcy were correlated with As or LVH（P0.05）.CRP were also correlated with As or LVH（P0.05）.Conclusion The concentrations of plasma Hcy and CRP are closely related with LVH or AS,which may suggest that inflammation should be involved in the occurrence and development of LVH.These two factors are independent predictors in elderly hypertensive patients with LVH or AS. |
