| 目的 调查了解新疆地区卵巢早衰(POF)发病的相关影响因素,从而为其预防提供依据。方法 对70例POF患者及70例正常妇女进行调查问卷,了解其详细的基本情况、生活社会环境及精神心理情绪状态,并对相关因素进行分析。结果 盆腔手术史(OR=4.244、P=0.001)、精神创伤(OR=3.115、P=0.019)、腮腺炎(OR=14.276、P=0.012)、抑郁情绪(OR=2.400、P=0.012)、经常感到压力史(OR=3.692、P=0.001)、经常熬夜(OR=2.944、P=0.003)、接触有害物质(OR=3.414、P=0.042)为POF的危险因素,经常锻炼(OR=0.419、P=0.012)为其保护因素。结论 尽早治疗月经紊乱、科学健康的生活习惯、良好的精神心理状态、减少有毒物质的接触、坚持锻炼是有效预防卵巢功能过早衰退的基本保障。 |

| Objective To investigate the influencing factors related to premature ovarian failure in Xinjiang Province of China in order to provide the basis for its prevention.Methods It's a questionnaire based study.70 cases of POF and 70 normal women were recruited in the study to measure their basic understanding about the situation,impact of social environment on health,psychological,emotional and spiritual state and,also analyzed the related factors.Results The risk factors for POF included as follow:History of pelvic surgery (OR=4.244,P=0.001),trauma (OR=3.115,P=0.019),mumps (OR=14.276,P=0.012),depression (OR=2.400,P=0.012),feeling pressure oftenly (OR=3.692,P=0.001),oftenly staying up late at night (OR=2.944,P=0.003) and contact with harmful substances (OR=3.414,P=3.414) ,whereas,protective factor included regular exercise (OR=0.419,P=0.419).Conclusion Women diagnosed with menstrual disorders should be treated as soon as possible.Healthy way of life,optimism,reduced toxic exposure and regular exercise play a guaranteed role in the prevention of POF. |
