| 目的 探讨影响老年髋部骨折后肺部感染的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析2011-2014年因髋部骨折住院的老年患者共计78例,肺部感染组患者30例,非肺部感染组48例,采用Logistic多元化回归分析危险因素。结果 肺部基础病史、糖尿病史、鼻饲、留置导尿、骨质疏松治疗、非甾体抗炎药物治疗是老年髋部骨折后肺部感染的危险因素。结论 老年患者髋部骨折后肺部感染与肺部基础病史、糖尿病史、鼻饲、留置导尿、骨质疏松治疗、非甾体抗炎药物治疗有关。 |

| Objective To explore the risk factors of pulmonary infection after hip fracture in senile patients. Methods A retrospective study was performed to study 78 elderly patients with hip fracture were treated in our hospital between 2011 and 2014. There were 30 pulmonary infection patients and 48 non-pulmonary infection patients.The risk factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results Pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, nasal feeding, indwelling catheter, osteoporosis treatment and NSAIDs treatment were the risk factors of pulmonary infection after hip fracture in senile patients.Conclusions pulmonary infection after hip fracture in senile patients may be correlated with pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, nasal feeding, indwelling catheter, osteoporosis treatment, NSAIDs treatment. |
