| 目的探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)联合检测对于非小细胞肺癌的临床诊断价值。方法 选取非小细胞肺癌患者80例将其作为观察组,所有患者均经由病理诊断得到确诊,另选取同期我院收治的体检健康者80例作为对照组,采用Beckman全自动生化仪(AU5800)对LDH进行检测,Roche Cobase E411对NSE进行检测,美国雅培I2000SR对CEA、CYFRA21-1进行检测。采用Beckman全自动生化仪(AU5800)对LDH、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平进行检测,对上述检测指标同非小细胞肺癌临床特征之间的关系进行探讨分析。结果 观察组患者的NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA、LDH水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 CEA、LDH、CYFRA21-1、NSE可作为临床筛查诊断非小细胞肺癌的可靠指标,其检测准确率有待于在临床进一步验证。 |

| Objective To explore the diagnositic value of combined detection on serum carcinoembryonic antigenseveral,lactate dehydrogenase,cytokeratin 19-fragments and neuron-specific enolase in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 80 cases with non-small cell lung cancer were chose as the observation group,and another 80 cases were treated with health testing as the control group.The LDH level was detected by Beckman automatic biochemical analyzer,NSE by Roche Cobase E411 and CEA,CYFRA21-1 by Abbott i2000SR The levels of LDH,CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 were detected by Beckman automatic biochemical analyzer and Abbott i2000SR. And the relation was analyzed between testing results and characteristic of non-small cell lung cancer.Results The levels of NSE,CYFRA21-1,CEA,LDH in observation group were significantly higher than in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion It's useful for diagnosing non-small cell lung cancer to detect CEA,LDH,CYFRA21-1 and NSE. And the accuracy rate should be further verified in clinical practice. |
