| 目的 了解老年人尿失禁研究文献的分布规律和研究热点。方法 以美国国立图书馆的PubMed数据库为文献信息来源,对2006—2015年收录的老年人尿失禁相关文献的年代分布、国家、发文语种、期刊分布和作者情况等进行统计分析,并对高频主题词进行聚类分析。结果 共检索到老年人尿失禁相关文献3449篇,其中美国作者发文最多,为1313篇,占38.07%,中国位居第10位；研究文献以英语为主,汉语文献数量位居第5位；期刊分布则以《The Journal of Urology》发表老年人尿失禁文献最多,中文期刊均未进入核心区期刊；在发文量≥7篇的22名作者中,中国作者仅朱兰(北京协和医院妇产科)一位,列第4位。高频主题词聚类分析结果显示,老年人尿失禁文献的主要研究方向集中于尿失禁的外科手术治疗方法、病理生理学机制、流行病学研究、对尿失禁患者的护理、尿失禁的药物治疗方法5个方面。结论 尿失禁的手术治疗和药物治疗方法、病理生理学机制、护理和流行病学研究是近几年老年人尿失禁研究的热点,应引起国内外该领域临床和科研人员的重点关注。 |

| Objective To explore the distribution and research status of literatures on senile urinary incontinence (UI). Mehtods The articles of senile urinary incontinence published from 2006 to 2015 were surveyed based on PubMed database. The publication year, region, type of languages, publication journals and author of these articles were analyzed,and high-frequency subject headings were analyzed by cluster analysis. Results A total of 3449 articles about senile urinary incontinence were included. The largest share of publications from the United States (1313 articles,38.07%). However, China ranked only 10th.A large proportion of articles were published in English, while the number of articles were published in Chinese ranked 5th.The Journal of Urology was the largest share of publication about senile urinary incontinence. Among the 22 authors who published more than 7 articles on senile urinary incontinence research, only one Chinese author (Zhu L from Peking Union Medical College Hospital). Cluster analysis showed that high-frequency subject headings of senile urinary incontinence research were surgery of UI, physiopathology of UI, epidemiology research of UI, nursing and drug therapy of UI. Conclusion Surgery, physiopathology, epidemiology research, nursing and drug therapy are hot topics of senile urinary incontinence research in recent years,which should be especially concerned by clinicians and researchers. |
