| 观察银离子敷料预防及治疗外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC)后穿刺点感染的效果。〖HT5"H〗方法〖HT5"F〗〓将61例PICC穿刺置管的患者按留置先后顺序随机分为两组。对照组（31例）均采用常规消毒置管后贴IV3000透明贴膜，观察组（30例)使用葡萄糖酸氯已定消毒后覆盖银离子敷料后贴IV3000透明贴膜，观察两组的感染情况和治疗效果。〖HT5"H〗结果〖HT5"F〗〓观察组换药次数少于对照组，感染发生率低于对照组，两组感染发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（〖WTBX〗χ〖WTBZ〗2=19.844,〖WTBX〗P=〖WTBZ〗0.000)。〖HT5"H〗结论〖HT5"F〗〓使用银离子敷料和葡萄糖酸氯已定消毒液预防治疗PICC穿刺点的感染，可以减少换药的次数、有效地控制感染。 |

| Abstract：Aspirin combined with clopidogrel is a conventional antiplatelet therapy for coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.However,recently,studies have shown that the inhibition rate of platelets in some patients treated with this therapy is low,which is so called "clopidogrel resistance",and there is a close relationship between clopidogrel resistance and stent thrombosis events after PCI.Reasons of the clopidogrel resistance is complex.Studies have shown that CYP2C19 gene polymorphism is significantly related with it,and it is well for the high risk groups of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism to recognize clopidogrel resistance,and in a timely manner increasing the dose of clopidogrel or replacing of the new platelet P2Y12 receptor antagonist,can reduce the incidence of postoperative stent thrombosis. |
