| 随着我国进入老龄化社会,高龄与失能老人也逐年增多,人们越来越关注老年人的衰弱状况。衰弱的患病率随年龄而增加,它主要表现为疲劳感、步速慢、无力、不明原因体重下降和低体能。对老年人群的综合评估,有利于衰弱治疗策略的选择。积极预防和治疗衰弱将会给老年人、家庭和社会带来很大的益处,我们将努力把衰弱的相关理念植根于老年人医疗和老年照料团队的心中。 |

| With the increasing of the advanced age and disabled elderly of aging society,people are increasingly concerned about the elderly weak state.Weak prevalence increases with age,it is mainly manifested as fatigue,slow pace,weakness,unexplained weight loss and low physical fitness.The evaluation of the elderly population is conducive to the choice of treatment strategies.Active prevention and treatment of weak will be of great benefit to the elderly,families and society,we might to root the concept of weakness in the heart of elderly medical and care team. |
