| 造血干细胞移植目前广泛应用于恶性血液病、非恶性难治性血液病、遗传性疾病和某些实体瘤治疗,其治疗效果得到了临床充分肯定,移植前预处理是移植成功的关键一步,但超大剂量放化疗会对正常肠道屏障功能造成不可避免的损伤。目前对于白血病移植预处理患者的营养干预案例较少,国内尚无通过营养手段减轻大剂量放化疗对造血干细胞移植患者肠屏障功能损伤的报道,本文就此予以综述。 |

| Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is currently widely used in malignant hematologic diseases,non-malignant refractory hematological diseases,genetic diseases and some solid tumor treatment,the effect of the treatment got the clinical fully affirmed.Pretreatment is the key to the success of transplantation,however,high dose radiotherapy and chemotherapy can cause the injury of intestinal barrier function.At present,there are rarely cases of nutritional intervent pretreatment patients with HSCT,there is no domestic through nutrition intervention to alleviate the high dose radiotherapy and chemotherapy on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with intestinal barrier function injury reports.We reported the latest advances in the nutritional treatment of intestinal barrier damage after pretreatment of HSCT. |
