      目的 评价后腹腔镜下肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤切除术的可行性及临床价值。方法 回顾分析采用后腹腔镜手术治疗的10例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤患者的临床资料。结果 患者手术均获成功,无术中及术后大出血及腹腔脏器损伤,手术时间35～115 min,平均67 min；术中出血量30～190 mL,平均75 mL；术后胃肠功能恢复时间8～48 h,平均22 h,术后下床活动时间1～2 d,平均1.5 d；术后引流管留置时间2～5 d,平均3.6 d；术后住院时间3～9 d,平均5 d。术后病理诊断均为肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤,术后随访1～36个月,肿瘤无一例复发。结论 后腹腔镜下肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤切除术患者创伤小,术后康复快。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the feasibility and the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal myelolipoma.Methods The clinical data of 10 case adrenal myelolipoma patients who underwent the retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results The operation was successful in all patients without intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and injury of abdominal organs and vessels.The operative time was 35-115 min (mean was 67 min)；And the intraoperative blood loss was30-190 mL(mean was 75mL).Postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time was 8-48 h (mean was 22 h).Postoperative activity time 1-2 d (mean was 1.5 d);Drainage tube indwelling time was 2-5 d (mean was 3.6 d).Postoperative hospitalization time was 3-9 d(mean was 15 d).Postoperative pathological diagnosis were adrenal myelolipoma.No tumor recurrence was found during the 1-36 months follow-up.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal myelolipoma is worthy to be extended with advantages of mini-invasion and rapid recovery.
