| 目的 探讨综合心理干预对改善乳腺癌患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法 选取女性乳腺癌患者60例,采用随机对照研究方法,分为干预组与对照组,每组30例。对于对照组患者,手术室护士于术前1天进行常规术前访视,介绍手术室环境,术前注意事项,手术相关知识及配合要点,对患者提出的问题做出合理的解答。对于干预组患者,除了进行对照组的常规术前访视外,再进行心理干预,干预时间:在入院后第1天心理行为测量评定后、术前访视后,均给予心理干预,第1次行心理干预时,做自我介绍并介绍心理干预的性质、原理及配合要点,以取得患者的合作。并采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷调查。结果 干预后,干预组患者焦虑(轻:63.3%,中:33.3%,重:3.3%)、抑郁情绪发生率(轻:66.7%,中:23.3%,重:10.0%)与对照组(轻:26.7%,中:53.3%,重:20.0%；轻:40.0%,中:36.7%,重:23.3%)比较,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合心理干预对改善乳腺乳腺癌患者术前焦虑抑郁情绪有显著效果。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on preoperative anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 female breast cancer patients were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups and given a questionnaire by the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the self rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results The incidences of anxiety and depression of the group which had received comprehensive psychological intervention were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can remarkably improve the anxiety and depression state of patients with breast cancer before operation. |
