| 类风湿关节炎是一种以滑膜炎及血管翳的形成为主要病理基础的自身免疫性疾病,属于中医“痹证”范畴。“瘀血”作为重要的病理产物和致病因素,贯穿在“痹证”始终。而脾虚又是血瘀证产生的重要因素。本文主要分析脾虚与血瘀之间的关系,探讨从脾论治类风湿关节炎血瘀证的临床疗效。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis is a autoimmune disease which is a kind of synovitis and pannus formation as the main pathological basis.It belongs to the category of "bi syndrome" of traditional Chinese medicine."Blood stasis" as the important pathological product and the pathogenic factor,goes along with it.While spleen deficient is the important factor of blood stasis syndrome.This paper mainly analyzes the relationship between blood stasis and spleen deficient,to explore the clinical curative effect of blood stasis with rheumatoid arthritis from the spleen treatment. |
