| 目的 观察老年女性慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者N末端-B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平变化及意义。方法 选取50例老年女性慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察组,另选择50名同期进行健康体检的老年女性作为对照组。按照纽约心功能分级分级标准心功能分Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级,检测两组血清中NT-proBNP和CA125的水平。结果 观察组血清NT-proBNP水平为[1490.50(459.28,3263.25)]ng/L,明显高于对照组[94.07(43.71,191.43)]ng/L,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；观察组血清CA125水平为[106.80(55.24,225.75)]μg/L,明显高于对照组[14.84(7.79,19.06) ]μg/L,两者比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论 血清NT-proBNP和CA125水平的升高对诊断老年女性慢性心力衰竭具有一定的意义。 |

| Objective To observe the change of NT-proBNP and carbohydrate abtigen-125 and its significance in the elderly female patients with CHF.Methods Fifty elderly female with chronic heart failure were selected as the observation group,while the other fifty healthy controls were selected as the control group.They were divided grade II,III or IV according to the NYHA grading standards,and serum NT-pro BNP and CA125 were mearsureby enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The serum NT-proBNP level of observation group was [1490.50(459.28,3263.25)]ng/L,higher than healthy controls[94.07(43.71,191.43)]ng/L,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01).The serum CA125 of observation group was [106.80(55.24,225.75) ]μg/L,higher than healthy controls [14.84(7.79,19.06) ]μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum NT-proBNP and serum CA125 level has a certain diagnosis significance for chronic heart failure in elderly women. |
