| 癌症患者心理障碍是目前严重影响患者生活质量,甚至危及患者生命的重要因素。国内外文献报道癌症的发生、发展、治疗效果、生活质量等,与社会心理因素有着不可忽视的联系。癌症患者诊疗过程中的心理反应与患者的性格、知识背景、病情严重程度、对预后的判断等多因素有关,不同患者在病程不同阶段可能有不同的心理反应。患者作为社会人,不是单一个体,需要团队多方面的较长时期坚持不懈的努力合作,了解患者的心理特征,掌握一定的心理治疗技术,进行心理干预,非常重要。该文从团队建设的必要性和各个角色出发,阐述不同的心理安抚技巧。 |

| Psychological disorder of cancer patients is an important factor that seriously affects the quality of life and even endangers the patient′s life.It is reported that the occurrence and development of cancer,the treatment effect and the quality of life are closely related with social psychological factors.The relevant factors and psychological reaction of patients of cancer patients in the diagnosis and treatment of personality,knowledge background,the severity of the disease,the prognosis,the patients may have different psychological reactions in different stages of the disease.As a social person,the patient is not a single individual.The team needs a long period of unremitting efforts,cooperation,understanding of the patient′s psychological characteristics,mastering certain psychological treatment techniques,and psychological intervention nursing.From the necessity and roles of team building,this paper expounds different psychological appeasement techniques. |
