| 随着近年来恶性肿瘤发病率的逐年升高,预后不良的患者临终期生活质量成为社会关注的热点问题。如何实现临终期人道主义关怀,陪伴逝者平淡快乐而又拥有尊严地走完生命最后一段路程,一直是近年来医学、伦理学与社会学研究的焦点。在此背景下,姑息治疗作为一种选择走进人们的视线。该文从生命伦理学的视角出发,通过剖析姑息治疗的积极意义,从医患双方的角度分析姑息治疗在中国实施的困难和障碍,倡导积极应用姑息治疗开展临终关怀,在提高医疗资源利用效率的同时,促进肿瘤患者生存质量的提高,体现生命的尊严与终极价值。 |

| With the incidence of malignant tumor increases gradually in recent years,the quality of end stage life for patients with poor prognosis becomes a hot issue and attract much attention of the society.How to achieve humanitarian care and to accompany the dying patients spend their rest of lives with peace,joy and dignity,has been a focus point in medical,ethical and sociological study.In such context,palliative care appears as a new choice for people.This article will describe the positive meaning of palliative care from the perspective of bioethics,analyze difficulties and barriers for palliative care′s implementation in China from the point of view of doctors and patients,and give some solutions to positively carry forward palliative care and hospice care.As the efficiency of medical resources raises,the quality of life for patients with malignant tumor could be improved,and the dignity and ultimate value of life could be realized. |
