| 目的 探讨中医心理疗法对重症神经系统疾病患者治疗依从性及负面情绪的影响。方法 选取入住重症监护病房的160例重症神经系统疾病患者。按照随机表法将患者分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)。对照组给予常规西医心理干预治疗,包括每日观察病情、健康指导、心理疏导等。观察组在常规西医心理干预治疗的基础上加用中医心理疗法治疗,包括情志相胜、移情易性、五音疗法。结果 观察组依从性(88.75%)明显大于对照组依从性(73.75%)(χ2=5.908,P=0.015)；观察组在改善患者SDS评分与SAS评分方面均优对照组(t=5.754,P<0.001；t=7.248,P<0.001)。结论 在常规西医心理干预治疗的基础上联合使用中医心理疗法治疗重症神经系统疾病患者,能够缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者的依从性。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of TCM psychotherapy on adherence and negative emotion in patients with severe illness in neurology.Methods 160 patients with neurology were admitted to the ICU.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=80) and control group(n=80) according to random table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western psychological intervention,including daily observation,health guidance and psychological guidance.The observation group added traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy on the basis of conventional psychological intervention therapy,including emotional win,empathy,pentameter therapy.ResultsThe compliance of observation group(88.75 %) was significantly higher than that of control group(73.75 %)(χ2=5.908,P=0.015).The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the SDS score and SAS score(t=5.754,P<0.001;t=7.248,P<0.001).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with psychological intervention therapy can relieve anxiety and depression and improve patient compliance. |
