      目的 探讨老年肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+ 与CD4+/CD8+)的变化及临床价值。方法 纳入115例老年肿瘤患者(其中消化道肿瘤55例,肺癌44例,其他肿瘤16例)为研究组,48例老年健康体检者为健康对照组,测定两组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数,比较两组之间的差异。结果 老年肿瘤患者组外周血CD3+、CD4+ 与CD4+/CD8+ 显著低于老年健康对照组(P＜0.05)；CD8+ 比老年健康对照组略高,但差异无统计学意义。各肿瘤组之间比较,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+ 与CD4+/CD8+ 均差异无统计学意义。结论 老年肿瘤患者存在免疫功能异常,T淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数对老年肿瘤患者的疗效评价及评估预后有积极意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+) in elderly patients with tumor and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 115 patients with tumor (including 55 patients with gastrointestinal cancer,44 patients with lung cancer and 15 patients with other tumors) and 48 healthy controls were enrolled.The differences between the 2 groups were analyzed statistically. ResultsPeripheral blood CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ subset in tumor group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).CD8+ increased slightly compared with that in control group,but there was no statistical difference.CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in gastrointestinal cancer,lung cancer and other tumors were all significantly lower than those in control group.CD8+ increased slightly compared with that in control group,but there was no statistical difference.There was no statistical difference between three tumor groups in CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+. Conclusion Elderly patients have immune dysfunction,and the T lymphocyte subsets counts have significance for monitoring the prognosis in patients with tumor.
