| 目的 观察芳香疗法联合穴位按摩对突发性聋患者生活质量及焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法 选取住院治疗的突发性聋患者 80 例,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组 40 例。对照组常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用精油芳香疗法联合穴位按摩疗法,在治疗前后分别记录患者的生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分。结果 生存质量情况:在治疗结束,不管是在整体健康状况与生存质量上,还是在社会关系领域与心理层,两组分值对比治疗前均明显提高,观察组略优于对照组；焦虑抑郁情况:治疗后,两组的SAS及SDS得分均降低且观察组显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗效果:完成治疗后,观察组的有效率及显效率均高于对照组,整体疗效比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论 精油芳香疗法联合穴位按摩可有效改善突发性聋患者生存质量,减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁状态。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage on the quality of life,anxiety and depression of patients with sudden deafness.Method Eighty hospitalized patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given essential oil aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The scores of WHOQOL-BREF,SAS and SDS were recorded before and after treatment.Results Quality of life:the overall health status,quality of life,social relations and psychological level of the two groups all were significantly improved after treatment,the observation group was slightly better than the control group;Anxiety and depression:After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Therapeutic effect:After treatment,the effective rate and marked efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Essential oil aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage can improve effectively the quality of life of patients with sudden deafness,alleviate their anxiety and depression. |
