| 急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)是一种常见的心脏类疾病,其主要特征表现为治疗难度大,起病急,病死率高。胸痛中心(CPC)的成立使STEMI患者的能在最短的时间内进行经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)。但缺乏完整的诊疗体系使得目前多数STEMI患者未能得到及时有效就诊。因此,该文就胸痛中心成立对STEMI患者救治现状及存在的问题和改进方向作一综述。 |

| Acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) is a common heart disease.Its main characteristics are difficult to treat,rapid onset and high mortality.The establishment of the chest pain center(CPC) enables STEMI patients to perform percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in the shortest possible time.However,the lack of a complete system of diagnosis and treatment makes most of the STEMI patients fail to get a timely and effective treatment.Therefore,this article reviews the present situation,the existing problems and the improvement of the treatment of STEMI patients in the chest pain center. |
