| 慢性便秘是一种常见的消化道疾病,特别老年人。老年人慢性便秘严重影响患者的生活质量。应该使用适当的药物来治疗老年人慢性便秘,便秘传统的治疗药物是泻药,然而仍有许多患者对于治疗效果不满意。本文简要介绍了泻药、促分泌药物,促动力药物,胆汁酸调节剂等老年人便秘的治疗药物,以期对老年人慢性便秘的临床治疗药物选择提供参考。 |

| Chronic constipation is a common gastrointestinal illnesses,especially for elderly people.Chronic constipation affects seriously the quality of life of the elderly.Appropriate drugs should be prescribed to treat constipation in the elderly,The traditional treatment of constipation is the use of laxatives,However,there are still many patients who are not satisfied with the treatment effect.This article reviews the laxatives,secretory stimulating drug,prokinetics,bile acid modulators,etc,with a view to provide reference for the clinical selection of drugs for chronic constipation in the elderly. |
