| 目的 评价四磨汤口服液提高重症患者螺旋型鼻肠管幽门后置管的成功率和安全性。方法 对20例采用被动等待法床旁放置螺旋型鼻肠管的重症患者给予四磨汤口服液,置管24 h后行床旁腹部X线摄片确认管端位置,鼻肠管末端位于幽门后为置管成功。结果 置管24 h后成功率为68.4%,未观察到严重置管并发症及药物相关不良反应。结论 四磨汤口服液用于提高重症患者螺旋型鼻肠管幽门后置管成功率安全、有效。 |

| Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Simotang oral liquid in improving the success rate of post-pyloric placement of the spiral nasointestinal tube.Methods After given Simo decoction for 20 cases of severe patients with passive waiting method for bedside placement of spiral nasointestinal tube,the location of the end of the tube was confirmed by X-ray examination in 24 hours after,it was successful catheterization that the end of the nasal tube is located behind the pylorus.Results The success rate of catheter 24 h was 68.4%,and severe catheter complications and adverse drug reactions were not observed.Conclusions Simotang oral liquid can improve the success rate of post-pyloric placement of the spiral nasointestinal tube in critically ill patients with better safety. |
