| 我国的快速老龄化既给老年医学工作者带来了严峻挑战,同时也给老年医学的发展创造了极佳机遇。秉承人本医疗理念,对老年患者进行综合评估,进而尊重患者意愿,结合循证医学证据,医患双方共同决策,制定出具有可行性的个体化全人管理方案。老年医学科医师的使命是推进我国的健康老龄化,使老年人接受更好的医护照料,发展老年医学专科,医院外多点执业,探索适合国情的医养结合模式。 |

| China is facing serious problems of population aging,which has not only brought severe challenges to the geriatricians,but also created great opportunities for the development of geriatric medicine.Adhering to the concept of person-centered care,geriatric was comprehensively assessed,patients′ will was then respected,evidence based medicine was combined with,and decisions were jointly made to work out feasible individualized whole-person management plan.It is the mission of geriatrians to promote the healthy aging of China,enable the elderly to receive better medical care,develop specialized geriatric medicine,practice in multiple places outside the hospital,and explore the mode of combination of medical care and nursing suitable for China′s national conditions. |
