| 目的探讨抗抑郁治疗对脑血管病所致精神障碍患者认知功能的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将收诊的156例脑血管病所致精神障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组78例患者均给予常规治疗;治疗组78例患者在常规治疗的基础上,均另外给予抗抑郁药治疗,20 d为1个疗程,3个疗程之后采用简明精神状态量表(MMSE)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、P300、Barthel指数、认知障碍的患者例数和S100蛋白浓度分析对比两组患者的认知功能。结果治疗组在MMSE评分、HAMD评分、P300、Barthel指数、认知障碍的患者数和S100蛋白浓度等方面,均比对照组具有明显的优势(P<0.05)。结论抗抑郁治疗可以有效的提高脑血管病所致精神障碍患者的认知功能。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of antidepressant treatment on cognitive function of patients with mental disorders caused by cerebrovascular disease.Methods 156 patients with mental disorders due to vascular disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,who were in our hospital from 2009 June to 2011 December.The 78 cases in control group were given conventional treatment,and 78 cases in treatment group were given additional antidepressant drug therapy besides conventional treatment.There were 20 days in 1 course,and two groups of patients with cognitive function were compared after 3 courses using the methods including Mini-Mental State（MMSE）,HAMD score,P300,Barthel index,the number of cognitively impaired patients and S100 protein concentration analysis.Results The MMSE score,HAMD score,P300,Barthel index,cognitively impaired patients and S100 protein concentration were better in treatment group than those in control group,and the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The antidepressant treatment can effectively improve the cognitive function in patients with mental disorders caused by vascular disease. |
