| 目的 观察中老年原发性高血压患者血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与颈动脉超声检查结果的相关性。方法 将122例符合纳入标准的原发性高血压患者根据Hcy水平分为Hcy正常组、Hcy增高组,所有对象均检测Hcy,并进行颈动脉超声检测。结果 Hcy与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CA IMT)呈正相关,与颈内动脉内径(ICA DIA)、颈内动脉收缩期血流速度(ICA SPV)、颈内动脉阻力指数(ICA RI)无明显相关性。随着Hcy水平增高,CA IMT明显增厚。结论 血Hcy水平增高与颈动脉内中膜增厚密切相关。说明其参与高血压动脉硬化,促进高血压大动脉的重构。 |

| Objective To observe the correlation of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and ultrasound of carotid in middle- aged patients with hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty two patients were enrolled and divided into the control group and hyperhomocysteinemia group according to the homocysteine. The Hey and ultrasound of carotid were detected in all subjects. Results The serum Hcy had no significant correlation to the ICA DIA, ICA SPV and ICA RI, but had close correlation to the CA IMT.The tendency of CA IMT increased with Hcy.Conclusions Hyperhomocysteinemia may be involved in the arteriosclerosis of hypertension and promote the remodeling of conducting arteries. |
