      目的 研究血糖与血清25羟基维生素D水平的相关性。方法 选取29 339例广州地区居民的健康体检数据,采用单因素和二元logistic回归分析血糖异常的危险因素,并计算不同25羟基维生素D水平下血糖异常的发病风险。结果 25羟基维生素D水平、腰围是血糖异常的主要危险因素。25羟基维生素D水平降低,糖尿病前期及糖尿病发病风险随之升高。结论 男性、增龄、高腰围和低血清25羟基维生素D是血糖异常的危险因素。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the relationship between blood glucose and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin Dlevel. Methods A total of 29339 resident who received physical examinations at Sun-Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital from January 2009 to December 2014 were enrolled and their data were analyzed retrospectively. Results serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration and waist circumference were the chief risk factors of pre-diabetes and diabetes. The risk of pre-diabetes and diabetes were increased with serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration decrease. Conclusions High waist circumference and low serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D are the risk factors of hyperglycemia.
