		|       wnt/β-catenin信号通路在肿瘤发生发展中的作用已成为近年来研究的热点。wnt/β-catenin信号通路可以调控卵巢细胞的增殖、分化及恶性转化,由此介导肿瘤的发生和发展。研究显示,细胞膜上、胞质胞核内、细胞间及细胞外影响wnt/β-catenin通路蛋白的改变在卵巢癌形成中起重要作用。我们需要研究出更多在wnt/β-catenin通路中起关键作用的蛋白,并以此为靶标进行卵巢癌的治疗,将有助于研发出更加有效的治疗方案。 |

                |       The role of wnt/β-catenin Signaling pathway in tumor development has become a hotspot in recent years.Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway could regulating proliferation,differentiation and malignant transformation of ovarian cells,and therefore mediated tumorigenesis and development.Studies have shown that change of the proteins which affecting wnt/β-catenin pathway on the cell membrane,cytoplasm,nucleus and outside the cell play an important role in the formation of ovarian cancer.More key proteins need to be study in the wnt / β-catenin pathway,and as a target for the treatment of ovarian cancer,which will help develop more effective treatment options. |
