| 目的 了解干部保健医务人员的培训情况及存在的问题。方法 采取随机抽样法对北京某综合医院123名医疗保健从业人员进行问卷调查,运用描述性分析、秩和检验等方法进行数据分析。结果 调查对象培训参加率为95.1%,对培训次数满意度和内容满意度分别为73.1%和78.1%。结论 调查对象参与培训次数偏少,不同岗位、轮转与否的培训满意度有明显差异,需要依据需求进一步调整培训内容以提升保健医疗从业人员的专业服务水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the training situation and existing problems of the cadre health practitioners.Method 123 cadre health practitioners in a general hospital in Beijing were investigated by random sampling.The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,and rank sum test and other methods were applied.Results The training rate was 95.1%,the satisfactionfor trainingfrequencies and content were 73.1% and 78.1%,respectively.Conclusion There is a lack in the training of Cadre health practitioners,which have obvious difference in positions.It is needed to further adjust the training content according to the needs to enhance the professional service level of cadre1health practitioners. |
