| 目的 应用疾病风险评估系统对健康体检人群进行疾病风险评估预测,结合评估结果分析高危个体的肿瘤发病风险,指导风险干预。方法 在健康管理师指导下进行问卷调查,结合主要医学体检指标,使用健康风险评估软件对健康体检者进行肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肠癌患病风险评估,并按年龄、性别分组统计分析。结果 各年龄组肺癌、肝癌、肠癌的高危风险率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；胃癌各年龄组的高危风险率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同性别胃癌、肝癌、肠癌的高危风险率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；肺癌各年龄组的高危风险率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 通过疾病风险评估,针对常见肿瘤疾病的高危因素,将体检人群按风险分层分类管理,可为慢性病的健康管理提供科学依据。 |

| Objective To predictthe cancer risk with the application of disease risk assessment system in the healthy physical examination population.Methods Aquestionnaire survey was conducted under the guidance of health manager with the main medical check-up index.The disease risk assessment software was used in the healthy subjectsfor the prediction the risk of lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancerand colon cancer.Analysis and statistics was performed according to the age and sex.Results There were significant difference between hazard rate of lung cancer,liver cancer,intestinal cancer in various age groups(P<0.01). There were no significant difference between hazard rate of gastric cancer in various age groups.There were significant difference between hazard rate of gastric cancer,liver cancer,intestinal cancer in various sex(P<0.01). There were no significant difference between hazard rate of lung cancer in various sex.Conclusion The healthy physical examination population should be layer-managed according to the risk assessment,which provide the scientific basis for the health management of chronic disease. |
