| 近年来,糖尿病与肿瘤的发病率逐渐升高,成为严重威胁人类生存和健康的两大重要疾病。大量研究表明,糖尿病与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,一方面多种肿瘤可同时伴有糖尿病,另一方面糖尿病可增加多种肿瘤的发病风险,但其中的机制尚未完全明确。因此,探讨糖尿病与相关肿瘤的关系及其潜在的机制,对指导临床诊断、治疗及预防相关疾病具有重大意义。本文就近年来糖尿病与肿瘤的关系及其机制的研究进展予以综述,以期为临床早期发现、早期诊断和有效治疗相关疾病提供科学依据。 |

| In recent years,the incidence of diabetes mellitus and tumor is increasing gradually,which has become the two most important diseases that threaten the survival and health of human being.A number of studies have shown that the development of diabetes mellitus and cancer is closely related,and on one hand,a variety of tumors can be accompanied by diabetes mellitus,on the other hand,diabetes mellitushe can increase the incidence of many cancers.However,the underlying mechanism is not completely clear.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the relationship between diabetes mellitus and related tumors for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of related diseases.In this paper,we reviewed the recent progress in the study of the relationship between diabetes mellitus and cancer and its mechanisms in order to provide a scientific basis for early diagnosis and effective treatment of the diseases. |
