| 目的 探讨社区综合性健康教育干预对糖尿病患者的影响。方法 2014年6月在合肥市某社区采用自编的《糖尿病患者健康调查问卷》进行基线和干预后6个月调查,内容包括一般情况、糖尿病知识、糖尿病患者自我效能量表及血糖情况,以评估干预前后调查对象糖尿病知识掌握,自我效能水平及血糖控制等方面的改善效果。结果 共有151名研究对象参与了干预前后2次调查。在经过6个月的综合健康教育干预后,患者对糖尿病基础知识[(10.36±1.57)分比(7.14±1.62)分,t=14.26,P<0.01]、治疗知识[(6.87±0.89)分比(4.55±1.13)分,t=15.41,P<0.01]、急慢性并发症知识[(5.32±1.36)分比(3.17±0.91)分,t=13.48,P<0.01]三方面的掌握情况较干预前的基线值均有提高；患者自我效能中除足部护理外的饮食控制、规律运动、遵嘱服药、血糖监测及预防与处理异常血糖5个维度得分较干预前的基线值均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；患者空腹血糖[(7.54±1.38)分比(8.27±1.54)分,t=4.27,P<0.01]、餐后2 h血糖情况[(10.32±3.19)分比(11.03±2.76)分,t=4.27,P<0.01]较干预前的基线值均有降低。结论 以社区为基础的糖尿病健康教育是提高糖尿病健康管理水平的有效途径。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of community comprehensive health education intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The self-making Diabetes Patients Health Questionnaire was performed on the baseline study and the followed-up 6 months later in a community of Hefei in June,2014.Data on demographic characteristics,diabetes knowledge,diabetes self-efficacy scale and blood glucose were collected.The questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of diabetes knowledge improvement,self-efficacy and glycemic control before and after the intervention.Results A total of 151 diabetes patients participated in the baseline and follow-up survey.By use of comprehensive health education intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes,the improvement level of diabetes knowledge and self-efficacy were significant increased,and the fasting blood-glucose and plasma glucose postprandial 2h blood glucose levels were reduced.Conclusion Health education intervention based on community can be considered as an important pattern of diabetes health management. |
