| 目的 分析采用宫颈液基细胞学检测、人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)检测、阴道镜检查及宫颈活检术诊断宫颈病变的价值与宫颈病变的临床特点。方法 回顾性分析30例宫颈高度病变(CIN Ⅱ、CIN Ⅲ)患者的临床特点及相关检查结果,所有患者均进行了TCT诊断、HR-HPV检测、电子阴道镜检及宫颈活组织病理学检查。结果 宫颈高度病变患者临床特点表现为接触性出血、阴道不规则流血等,且19例(63.3%)患者存在不同程度宫颈糜烂表现,对患者行HR-HPV检测、阴道镜检查和活检可明显提高CIN诊断率。结论 宫颈高度病变患者部分存在宫颈细胞学检查正常,对于具有可疑临床表现的患者联合HPV检测、阴道镜检查及宫颈活检术能大大提高宫颈病变的诊断效率,从而为临床早期诊断和治疗提供有效依据。 |

| Objective To analyze the predictive values of ThinPrep cytology test(TCT),high risk human papilloma virus(HPV) detection and cervical biopsy under colposcope in diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 30 cases with normal TCT results received high risk HPV detection,colposcopy and cervical biopsy at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xuancheng Central Hospital,the clinical features and the testing results were analyzed in those patients.Results High risk HPV detection and colposcopy-guided biopsy may improve the detection rate of cervical precancerous lesions among the patients with the different Clinical symptoms,such as contact bleeding,irregular vaginal bleeding and various degree of cervical erosion.Conclusion For the patients with the clinical suspicious manifestation,high risk HPV detection combined with colposcopy-guided biopsy may improve the detection rate of cervical precancerous lesions. |
