| 随着人口老龄化问题的日益加重,与衰老相关的研究逐渐为众多学者所重视。衰老相关疾病动物模型在衰老研究中有着十分重要的价值,目前常用的衰老相关疾病模型有自然衰老模型、药物干预衰老模型、臭氧损伤衰老模型、γ-射线辐照衰老模型、去胸腺衰老模型、快速老化小鼠模型等。该研究就实验研究中鼠类衰老模型的制备和评估做一总结,以期为相关实验研究提供理论参考。 |

| With the approach of the aging society,aging-related researches have gradually attracting the attentionof many scholars.The models of aging related diseases has great importance value in aging research.Currently the most common aging related diseases are natural aging models,pharmaceutical intervention models,ozone damage modelsγ-ray irradiation models,thymectomy models,senescence-accelerated mouse (SAM) models,and so on.This article summarizes the preparation and evaluation of rodent aging models in researches,and inorder to give a theoretical reference for the research. |
