| 目的 探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法 收集经临床手术确诊为急性阑尾炎的患者552例,其中有68例术前先后进行了超声和MSCT检查,分析其腹部MSCT诊断及超声诊断结果。结果 68例阑尾炎中MSCT诊断正确共67例(98.5%),超声诊断准确共54例(79.4%),MSCT诊断准确率高于超声诊断(χ2=12.663,P=0.001)。结论 MSCT可提高急性阑尾炎术前诊断准确率,具有较高的临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To explore the value of MSCT(multi-slice spiral CT) in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods Sixty-eight cases of acute appendicitis with MSCT and B ultrasonic were from 552 patients confirmed by surgery and pathology.The result of abdominal MSCT were compared with B ultrasonic.Results Sixty-seven cases of patients were diagnosed by MSCT,50 cases of patients were diagnosed by B ultrasonic.The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT was higher than that of B ultrasonic examination.Conclusion MSCT can improve the diagnostic accuracy of acute appendicitis,show the appendix location and the around changes of lesions before operation,and it has high clinical value. |
