| 目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白(a)的水平变化及临床意义。方法 选取急性脑梗死患者54例作为观察组,同时选取同期无脑血管病变患者31例为对照组,比较两组患者空腹血清CysC、Hcy、Lp(a)的水平差异。结果 急性脑梗死组血清CysC[(1.51±0.75)mg/L]、Hcy[(91.29±9.15)μmol/L]、Lp(a)[(292.11±185.67)mg/L]的水平均明显高于对照组[CysC:(0.82±0.29)mg/L、Hcy:(13.92±7.07)μmol/L、Lp(a):(177.52±91.29)mg/L](均P<0.01)。结论 血清CysC、Hcy和Lp(a)水平升高与急性脑梗死的发生有关。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical significance of cystain C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy),lipoprotein(a) serum levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 54 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group,and 31 persons with no cerebrovascular disease were selected as the control group.The levels of fasting serum CysC,Hcy,Lp(a) were evaluated between the two groups.Results Serum concentration of CysC,Hcy,Lp(a) in acute cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum increased concentration of CysC,Hcy and Lp(a) are closely related to the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction. |
