| 目的 分析某医院麻疹疫情的流行病学特点,探讨医院麻疹疫情的防控措施。方法 分析2014年4月至2017年3月间,医院发生的麻疹疫情的流行病学特点,总结医院防控麻疹疫情的经验。结果 2014年4月下旬至5月上旬该院先后出现7例麻疹的聚集性病例,其他病例发生时间较为分散。2014年4月下旬至5月上旬发生的7例麻疹患者中,实验室诊断病例5例,临床诊断病例2例。7例病例来自不同的部门,相互之间没有明确的流行病学史和传播链。高度怀疑此次麻疹疫情的病毒为输入性麻疹病毒。结论 院内麻疹疫情防控需要多部门的紧密协作,加强预检分诊制度,加强麻疹防控知识培训,做好医务人员标准防护。 |

| Objective To analyze the epidemiology characters of measles outbreaks in a hospital and discuss preventive and control measures of measles outbreaks.Methods The epidemiology characters of measles outbreaks in our hospital were analyzed from April 2014 to March 2017.The experiences of preventive and control measures of measles outbreaks were summarized.Results Seven cases of measles were collected from April to May 2014,including 5 laboratory-confirmed cases and the 2 clinically diagnosed cases.Those 7 cases of measles were were distributed in different departments in our hospital and no absolute epidemiology links were found,so the virus caused measles outbreaks in our hospital was highly suspected to be imported measles virus.Conclusion Multi-divisions′ cooperation should be strengthened to prevent and control measles′ epidemic in hospital and many critical measures should be adopted for medical personal protection and to prevent measles′ outbreak and epidemic in hospital. |
