| Farnesoid X Receptor is the physiology receptor of bile acid.FXR can sense the bile acid on the cell level.It is the key to regulating bile acid metabolism and transport material.By reserching the mechanism of FXR in the occurrence and development of intestinal diseases,this may facilitate discovering new targets for the prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases. |
