| 目的 研究健康教育和健康促进在高血压病患者健康管理中的效果。方法 选出2015年某部机关人员体检人群中的214例高血压病患者,进行1年的健康教育和健康干预,包括体质量管理、饮食管理、运动管理、服药管理及血压监测,每月进行1次随访,监督健康管理处方执行情况及血压监测情况,记录随访结果。结果 经过1年的综合干预管理,患病人群对高血压疾病相关知识的知晓率显著提高由26.7%提高到90.9%(χ2=178.985,P＜0.01)、各种行为改变率显著提高(P＜0.01),高血压病控制率显著提高由35.0%提高到90.9%(χ2=178.985,P＜0.01),及坚持服药率显著提高由48.3%提高到96.7%(χ2=123.193,P＜0.01),干预前后差别明显,具有良好可比性。结论 健康教育与健康促进在高血压病健康管理中作用良好,可明显提高高血压病的控制率。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of health education on management of hypertension.Methods A total of 214 patients who had been found hypertension during the routine examination in 2015 were randomly selected,the effect of health education were observed and compared before and after the intervention.Results After one year health education intervention,the awareness rate increased significantly from 26.7% to 90.9% (χ2=178.985,P＜0.01),behavior-changing rate increased significantly (P＜0.01),control rate of hypertension increased significantly from 35% to 90.9% (χ2=178.985,P＜0.01),and persisted in drug treatment rate of intervention group increased significantly from 48.3% to 96.7% (χ2=123.193,P＜0.01).The blood pressure was decreased significantly.Conclusion Health education intervention are effective in improving the control of hypertension. |
