		|       目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和癌症相关性乏力的关系。方法 选择92例癌症伴有轻、中度乏力患者为观察组,92例健康体检者为对照组。采用流式细胞仪测定血清TNF-α、TGF-β1的含量。结果 治疗前,患者血清TNF-α为(27.35±12.08) ng/L,显著高于健康对照组的(12.04±5.44) ng/L(t=11.080,P<0.001)。患者治疗后TNF-α明显降低为(18.57±10.32) ng/L(t=5.369,P<0.001)。治疗前,患者血清TGF-β1为(39.26±10.65) ng/L,显著高于健康对照组的(16.53±6.37) ng/L(t=17.570,P<0.001)。患者治疗后TGF-β1明显降低为(25.98±7.87) ng/L(t=8.952,P<0.001)。结论 癌症相关性乏力的发病机制可能由于血清TNF-α、TGF-β1等细胞因子的表达增强引起的。 |

                |       Objective To investigate the relationship between cancer-related weakness and TNF-α and TGF-β1.Methods A total of 92 cancer patients with light and mediumly weak were enrolled in observation group,and 92 cases of healthy physical examination were enrolled in control group.The serum TNF-α and TGF-β1 were detected by using flow cytometry.Results Before treatment,the serum TNF-α levels of observation group was (27.35±12.08) ng/L,which was significantly higher than that of control group (12.04±5.44) ng/L(t=11.080,P<0.001).And after treatment,the TNF-α of observation group reduced to (18.57±10.32) ng/L(t=5.369,P<0.001).Before treatment,the serum TNF-β1 levels of observation group was (39.26±10.65) ng/L,which was significantly higher than that of control group (16.53±6.37) ng/L (t=17.570,P<0.001),which was reduced to (25.98±7.87) ng/L (t=8.952,P<0.001) after treatment.Conclusion The pathogenesis of cancer-related weakness may be due to the increase of serum TNF-α and TGF-β1. |
