| 目的 观察移动医疗教育下基础胰岛素临床规范化应用对2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果。方法 选择初次使用基础胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者,在专科医生、专科护士、患者三者的共同参与下,应用基础胰岛素临床规范化使用管理项目提供的一体化管理系统进行为期3个月的随访,期间包含首日教育、名医热线、患教会等教育活动,及短信推送相关教育小知识,对患者及时进行血糖管理及健康指导。结果 140例患者入组,有95例完成12周随访,并在5个随访关键周至少提交了1次空腹血糖(FBG)数据。在12周的随访期内,患者总体FPG达标率为70.5%(67/95),糖化血红蛋白[(6.81±0.53)%]较治疗前[(8.90±1.21)%]明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 移动医疗教育可提高患者的自我管理水平,促使FPG达标。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of standardized insulin application on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus under mobile medical education.Methods From April 2014 to December 2015,we enrolled 140 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated with basic insulin for the first time in Guangzhou Qifu Hospital.During the study period,with the participation of specialists,nurses and patients,provided by the clinical application of basic insulin,an integrated management system was performed for a 3-month follow-up period,including the first day of education,medical hotline,suffering from the church and other educational activities,and education-related knowledge text message push,which provide timely blood glucose management and health guide.Results A total of 140 patients were enrolled,95 patients completed 12-week follow-up and had submitted at least one FPG at five critical follow-up weeks.At the 12-week follow-up period,the FPG target rate was 70.5% (67/95),FPG and HbA1c decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile medical management model can improve the level of self-management of patients with better blood glucose control. |
