| 辅助性T细胞17(Th17细胞)是近年来发现的一种新的T细胞亚群,以分泌白细胞介素17(IL-17)为特征。其参与多种免疫性疾病的发生、发展及转归,在慢性炎症、自身免疫病、动脉粥样硬化等疾病的发生中扮演着重要的角色。Th17细胞与血管内皮细胞衰老密切相关,而后者可导致动脉粥样硬化等疾病发生。本文综述了Th17细胞的生物学特性、分化调节及功能、在血管内皮细胞衰老中的作用及机制。 |

| T helper 17(Th17) cells is a new subset of T cells found in recent years and is characterized by the secretion of interleukin-17 (IL-17).It participates in the occurrence,development and prognosis of multiple immune diseases and plays an important role in the occurrence of diseases such as chronic inflammation,autoimmune diseases and atherosclerosis.Th17 cells play an important role in the aging of vascular endothelial cells,which can lead to atherosclerosis and other diseases.This review summarizes the roles and mechanisms of Th17 cells in the biological properties,differentiation regulation and function of vascular endothelial cells in senescence. |
