| 目的 探讨经阴道全子宫切除联合自体韧带悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的远期疗效。方法 回顾性分析因子宫脱垂或子宫脱垂合并阴道膨出行经阴道全子宫切除联合自体韧带悬吊术的患者的病历资料及随访情况。结果 23例患者(其中13例合并有生殖器官的病变)手术时间(83.36±10.20)min,出血量(69.35±12.38)mL,术后排气时间(2.3±0.12)d,术后住院时间(5.26±0.28)d。患者术后无感染、出血等并发症发生。术后随访23例,随访时间3~24个月,患者术后无复发,术后生活质量调查表评分及盆腔器官脱垂量化分期法各指示点位置均较术前明显改善。结论 经阴道全子宫切除联合自体韧带悬吊术治疗中重度盆腔器官脱垂利用自体韧带加强盆底功能,术式简单,微创,治愈率较高,疼痛反应小,术后复发少。 |

| Objective To explore the long-term effect of vaginal hysterectomy and autologous ligament suspension in the treatment of uterine prolapse.Method The clinical and follow-up data of patients with uterine prolapse treated by vaginal hysterectomy and autologous ligament suspension were analyzed.Result The operation time of 23 patients(including 13 cases with genital organ lesions) was (83.36±10.20)min,the amount of bleeding was (69.35±12.38)mL,the postoperative exhaust time was (2.3±0.12)d,and the postoperative hospitalization time was (5.26±0.28)d.There were no complications such as infection and hemorrhage.The 23 cases were followed up 3-24 months.There were no recurrent cases after operation.The scores of postoperative quality of life questionnaire and location of POP-Q were significantly improved.Conclusion Vaginal hysterectomy and autologous ligament suspension is simply,reliable,minimally invasive method with lower recurrent rate in the treatment of severe uterine prolapse. |
