| 目的 观察甲钴胺与α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法 将68例糖尿病周围神经病变患者纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例),对照组给予甲钴胺治疗、观察组给予甲钴胺与α-硫辛酸治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率(85.3%)高于对照组(64.7%),空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)以及神经病变主觉症状问卷(TSS)评分均低于对照组,神经电生理指标优于对照组,各项差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 甲钴胺与α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果理想,可明显改善患者血糖和同型半胱氨酸水平。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of mecobalamin combined with prun-thiocyanic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were collected and divided into the control group(34 cases) and observation group (34 cases) according to random number table.The observation group was treated with mecobalamin combined with prun-thiocyanic acid and the control group with mecobalamin.The treatment effect of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group (85.3%) was higher than the control group (64.7%); fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and homocysteine levels (homocysteine) were lower than those in the control group.The nerve electrophysiology index of observation group is better than that of control group,each differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Mecobalamin combined with prun-thiocyanic acid not only has positive effect in treating diabetic periphearal neuropathy,but also can significantly improve the patient's blood sugar and homocysteine levels. |
