      目的 探讨尿路感染患者致病菌分布及耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供理论依据。方法 回顾272例尿路感染患者的临床资料,分析其细菌培养结果及抗生素的耐药性。结果 (1)272例患者尿培养阳性57例(20.96%),其中52例为细菌,5例为真菌。革兰阴性杆菌40例(70.18%),以大肠埃希菌为主(70.00%);革兰阳性球菌12例(21.05%)。(2)革兰阴性杆菌对氨曲南及喹诺酮类药物无耐药性,对亚胺培南耐药率最低;革兰阳性球菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药率最高,对万古霉素、利奈唑胺耐药率为0。结论 目前尿路感染致病菌仍以大肠埃希菌为主,且耐药率较高,尤其对喹诺酮类抗菌药耐药率最高。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in urinary tract infection and provide theoretical basis for rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods The clinical data of 272 cases of urinary tract infection in our hospital were reviewed,and the results of bacterial culture and antibiotic resistance were analyzed. Results (1) 57 urine cultures were positive in 272 cases (20.96%),which included 52 bacteria and 5 fungi.Gram negative bacilli were found in 40 cases (70.18%) which were mainly consisted of Escherichia coli (70%).Gram positive cocci were found in 12 cases (21.05%).(2) Gram negative bacilli had high resistance to aztreonam and quinolones and low resistance to imipenem.The resistance of gram positive cocci to quinolones was high and the resistance to vancomycin and linezolid was not found. Conclusion The urinary tract infection with Escherichia coli is still the main pathogenic bacteria and the resistance rate is high,especially for quinolone antibacterial drug.
