| 目的 观察正常透析液浓度下钠梯度(SG)的范围及其与血压、超滤量等之间的关系。方法 回顾调查稳定维持性血透2年以上的80例患者,根据透析机设定的钠参数及生化检查结果获得SG值,并研究SG值对超滤量、血压等的影响。结果 (1)SG与超滤量、ΔSBP呈正相关,P<0.01；(2)将患者按SG分为两组(A组:SG<3 mmol/L,B组:SG≥3 mmol/L),A组血钠水平显著高于B组,超滤量显著低于B组(P<0.01)。结论 钠梯度与超滤量、ΔSBP和低血压(IDH)发生率有关。 |

| Objective To observe the relationship between ranges of sodium gradient(SG) and hemodialysis(HD) parameters under the normal dialysate sodium concentration. Methods Eighty patients with stable HD over more than 2 years were retrospectively analyzed.The SG was calculated by prescribed DNa and SNa.The relationships between SG and other HD parameters were analysised. Results (1)The SG was positively correlated with UF andΔSBP(P<0.01).(2)The patients were divided into group A(SG<3 mmol/L) and group B(SG≥3 mmol/L)according to the SG level.The sodium concentration of group A was significantly higher than that in the group B(P<0.01),and the UF amount of group A was lower than that in the group B(P<0.01). Conclusions The SG was related to UF amount,ΔSBP and the incidence rate of IDH. |
