| 目前虽然我国研究生在校人数和培养规模较以往大幅度提高,但数目的增加与研究生培养质量的提高并未完全成正比,且培养模式存在诸多问题,双导师制是为培养创新性、实用性人才需要而建立的一种新型研究生培养模式。探讨双导师制培养模式在药学研究应用型人才培养中的应用,对药学研究生培养模式以及教育质量标准体系加以调整和完善,是现阶段教育部正在开展的研究生教育创新计划的一项重大举措,也是应高等教育国际化大趋势的必然选择,对培养具有社会竞争力的应用型药学人才以及医药类高等院校的发展都有着重要的战略意义和现实意义。 |

| The number of graduate students and scale improved more significantly than ever,but the number of proportional to the quality of graduate education is not proportion,also has some problems.The dual tutorial system is a new type of graduate training mode which is established to cultivate the creative and practical talents.Research the dual tutorial system is order to adjust the training mode of pharmacy graduate students and improve the education quality.This is a major step of the education innovation program which is being carried out by the ministry of education.It is also an inevitable choice for the big trend of education.And also will have great strategic significance and practical significance for the cultivation of applied pharmaceutical talents with social competitiveness and the development of medical colleges and universities. |
