| 目的 探讨超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学检查(US-FNAC)对甲状腺结节早期诊断的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析高危甲状腺结节患者的病历资料,分析患者术前US-FANC和术后病理差异。 结果 总计来源与320例患者的326个甲状腺结节参与统计分析,其中US-FNAC病理结果阳性率82.2％,手术病理结果阳性率 80.7％,两种方法的病理结果阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=246.3,P>0.05)。US-FNAC对甲状腺结节的诊断敏感度98.5％(259/263)、特异度85.7％(54/63)。 结论 术前US-FANC与术后病理有较高的一致性,其在临床决策中具有指导价值。 |

| Objective To discuss the clinical value of Ultrasound-guided thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology (US-FNAC) in early diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods A retrospective analysis of patients with high-risk thyroid nodules was carried out.The consistency of preoperative US-FANC and postoperative pathological was assessed. ResultsA total of 326 thyroid nodules from 320 patients was evaluated in the current study.The positive rate of US-FNAC pathological was 82.2%,and the positive rate of surgical pathology was 80.7%.There was no statistical difference between the two methods (χ2=246.3,P>0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity of US-FNAC for thyroid nodules was 98.5%(259/263) and specificity was 85.7%(54/63). Conclusions Preoperative US-FANC has a high consistency with postoperative pathology,and it has great guided value in clinical decision-making. |
