| 目的 探究品管圈(QCC)对规范ICU多重耐药菌(MDRO)感染终末消毒流程的应用效果。 方法成立QCC活动组,确定活动主题,调查2017年1月-3月(对照组)解放军总医院重症监护病房MDRO感染终末消毒流程缺陷率,分析要因,设定目标值；2017年4月-12月实施QCC活动,再次监测2017年9月-11月(观察组)解放军总医院重症监护病房MDRO感染终末消毒流程缺陷率,考察两组MDRO感染终末消毒流程缺陷率变化。 结果 实施QCC活动后,MDRO感染终末消毒流程缺陷率由对照组的75%下降至10%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=103.734,P<0.001)；圈员掌握了QCC手法,在责任心、自信心,积极性、解决问题能力、沟通协助能力以及团队和谐度等方面进步明显。 结论 使用品管圈管理工具,规范MDRO感染终末消毒流程,提升圈员综合能力,对提高医院规范化、标准化管理及保障患者安全具有重大意义。 |

| Objective To study the effect of Quality Control Circle (QCC) applying in regulating the terminal disinfection process of Multiple-Drug Resistant Organism (MDRO) infections in ICU. Methods Setting up the QCC activity group,Determining activity theme,Surveying the defect rate of the terminal disinfection process of MDRO in ICU of PLA General Hospital during January to March in 2017 ,Analyzing major factors,Setting target values,Implementing QCC activities during April to December 2017,Surveying the defect rate of the terminal disinfection process of MDRO in the ICU of PLA General Hospital again during September to November 2017. Results After QCC activity was applied,the defect rate of the terminal disinfection process of MDRO was decreased from 75% to 10%(χ2=103.73,P<0.001).The mastery level of QCC skills of staffs was increased,and meanwhile,the members′ senses of responsibility,self-confidence,ability to participate in problems,problem-solving abilities of communication and degree of unity and harmony were significantly increased. Conclusions Applying the QCC management tools in regulating the terminal disinfection process of MDRO has great significance,and it could also improve the standardized management of the hospital,ensure the patients being healthy. |
