| 老年人慢性便秘的病因和影响因素复杂,临床症状多、不典型,患者常合并诸多基础疾病和精神心理问题,对症状的感受重。患者对辅助检查的耐受性差,主要便秘症状群和结直肠肛门功能检查的相关性较差。对常规治疗的依从性较差,影响疗效。临床医护人员需要充分了解老年慢性便秘患者的这些特殊性,制定个体化的优化诊治方案。 |

| Chronic constipation in the elderly patients is caused by complex etiologic and risk factors.The elderly patients usually present with many atypical constipated symptoms and co-exist with chronic diseases and psychological problems,their feelings to constipation are more severe.The predominant constipation symptoms in elderly patients have poor correlation with the results of colorectal functions.Most patients have low compliance to the conventional treatment,which might reduce the response to the therapy.It′s important for clinicians to understand the characteristics of the elderly patients with chronic constipation,and optimize individualized diagnosis and treatment. |
