| 目的 探讨直肠癌造口术后实施延续性保健指导对老年患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响。 方法选取75例老年直肠癌造口术患者作为此次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=37)与观察组(n=38),两组住院期间予以常规护理,出院后观察组实施延续性保健指导,对照组则不做特殊干预,对比两组患者术后功能恢复、生活质量变化。 结果 干预3个月后,观察组每日排便次数明显少于对照组,人工肛门功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组。干预前,两组患者生活质量各指标差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；干预后观察组生活质量评分明显高于干预前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论 延续性保健指导的实施对老年直肠癌造口术后恢复起到至关重要的作用,有效降低其术后并发症,进一步提高生活质量。 |

| Objective To discuss the impact of continued health guidance in the functional recovery and life quality after the rectostomy. Methods 75 elderly rectal carcinoma patients underwent the rectostomy were selected and randomly assigned to control group (n=37) and observation group (n=38).Both of groups received the conventional nursing care.Besides,the observation group took the continued health guidance;the control group didn′t take any special intervention therapy.The functional recovery and life quality were evaluated. Results After 3m of intervention,the daily defecation frequency in the observation group was lower,while the artificial anus function scores were higher,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);the incidence rates of complications in the observation group were lower than those of control group;before intervention,the life quality scores showed no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05);after intervention,the life quality scores in the observation group was higher than that before and control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The continued health guidance plays a key role in the lower complication rate and higher life quality.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
