| 目的 探讨心理治疗在急性缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者中的临床观察。 方法 选择102例急性缺血性脑卒中后抑郁的患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组51例,对照组51例。对照组只采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予心理治疗。4周后,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和日常生活活动能力指标(ADL)对两组患者进行评分。 结果 治疗组患者的抑郁症状较对照组患者的抑郁症状明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的抑郁程度改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 给予急性缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者心理治疗,能够改善抑郁症状和生活质量,并且神经功能缺损症状明显好转。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychotherapy in patients with depression after acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 102 patients with depression after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (n=51) and control group (n=51).The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the treatment group with psychological therapy on the basis of routine therapy.Four weeks later,Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) and activity of Daily living (ADL) were used to evaluate the two groups. Results The depressive symptoms in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The degree of depression in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychotherapy can improve the symptoms,quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression and the symptoms of neurological deficit. |
