| 目的 比较肛门直肠前突闭式修补术(Block术式)与经肛吻合器直肠切除术(STARR术式)治疗直肠前突患者临床疗效。 方法 将86例直肠前突患者根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组43例。对照组行Block术式治疗,观察组行STARR术式治疗,比较两组患者术中情况、术后疼痛及并发症情况等。 结果 与对照组比,观察组治疗总有效率明显升高,且治疗后的临床症状评分显著下降(P＜0.05)；观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间均显著减少,且在术后1 d评价,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)更低(P＜0.05)。并发症发生率比较,观察组明显下降(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗费用明细高于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论 在直肠前突患者治疗中,与Block术式相比,STARR术式手术创伤小,疼痛程度轻,可更为有效地减轻患者各项临床症状,且术后并发症发生风险较低。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical value of anorectal anterior hernia repair (Block surgery) and transanal anastomosis rectal resection (STARR) in the treatment of rectocele patients. Methods A total of 86 patients with rectocele were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:43 cases in each group.The control group underwent Block surgery,and the observation group underwent STARR surgery.The intraoperative condition,postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased,and the clinical symptom score after treatment was significantly decreased (P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative hospital stay were significantly reduced in the observation group.And at the first day after surgery,the pain score of the observation group was lower (P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group (P<0.05).The treatment cost of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion STARR surgery has less trauma and less pain than the Block procedure in the treatment of rectocele patients,which can more effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and the risk of postoperative complications is lower. |
